M. Terry Cooke, Senior Fellow, joined the World Economic Forum’s New York-based Centre for Global Industries as Director of Partnership Development (Asia) in November 2006. Prior to that, he founded (in 2002) and was managing director of GC3 Strategy, Inc., an international consultancy specializing in linking advanced technologies and capital between Asia and the U.S. Dr. Cooke is also an advisor at the Lauder Institute at Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania and a senior fellow in the Department of Management at the Wharton School. Prior to founding GC3 Strategy, he was a senior officer in the U.S. Foreign Service.
